Poster Design Policy
Procedure of the Policy :
- To design a poster from Digital Art Club a written request letter must be sent to club mentor or president of Digital Art club.
- Letter must be sent before 4 workings days .
- Agenda and Details to be displayed in the posters should be mentioned or attached to letter
- Template for the poster shall also be specified.
- The letter shall contain club logo of Concern Club.
- The letter should be a formal letter.it should have from and to address with proper mode of conduct.
- Only Club officials of recognised club and Ecc committee officials shall sent a request letter
- This policy also extends for individual members or non-member of clubs and ecc.but priority will be given to Club officials
Norms for Selection.
- If any request made by violating the Procedure of the Policy shall be Considered as void
- After making a request to president.he\she shall discuss it with the club mentor. he\she shall approve the request on basis of club agenda,condition of club, responsibility of club ,advice of club officials and members , advice of concern member who is responsible for making the poster,
- Approval for the request made using 8th point of procedure is left to current club incharge.
- After approval of request it should be mentioned in upcoming records.
