About NASA
The National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA India) is the world’s largest architectural student-run organization, uniting over 350 architecture colleges across India and abroad. Established in 1957, NASA India serves as a dynamic platform for undergraduate architecture students to collaborate, compete, and innovate beyond the confines of traditional academic settings.
Operating as an autonomous, non-profit, and democratic body, NASA India orchestrates a diverse array of events, including design competitions, workshops, seminars, and conventions. he NASA Advisory at Mohamed Sathak AJ Academy of Architecture (MSAJAA) functions as a vital sub-unit under the Student Council, dedicated to managing and promoting the college’s involvement in the National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA India). Led by a seasoned Advisor—typically an Ex-Unit Secretary—and supported by the current NASA Unit Secretary and NASA Unit Designee, the advisory ensures seamless coordination of NASA-related activities, events, and participation in national-level competitions.
It serves as a platform for students to grow as designers and leaders, fostering creativity, teamwork, and professional engagement within the architectural community.
