      1 .Club charter was circulated among  the members and got approval from them. Hence Digital Art club Charter  was ratified and adopted

2. Raja Darshan from 2nd year has resigned from the club and joined the music club

3. Nithes from 2nd year has been added to club

4. Nithes from 2nd year has been appointed as the club secretary.

5. Discussions about club agenda is made and agenda from march month is finalized and adopted.

6. A Team for animation is formed on the leadership of Anand .Team is excepted to start its works by the next active session.

7. A Request for mentorship was approved by the ecc committee.
