Report- Closing of First Chapter of Digital Art Club
( This Document also acts as Circular by using Article 18 of DAC and subject to change the Administrative Structure of Digital Art Club)
- Due to Lack of Attendance ,The Event (Font Factory) that was planned for this week has been Terminated.Digital Art club records the grave failure of the Event. Necessary Steps will be taken to stop such Failure in Future
- To Stop Such Failure in the Future . We have Planned to conduct a Survey about all the events and based on the Result of the Survey new events will be Conducted
- By this the week Digital Club Closes its First Chapter and The Success Report of First Chapter of Digital Art club will be released soon with all reports, overview, photography and honorary awards
- we have also planned to collect feedback about the club activities with the members and volunteers
- A new office called Club Coordinator is formed . inorder to run Digital art club in the Second semester of batch 2022 . We have decided to call that chapter as Chapter 1A.
- This Document also quashes DAC/2023/1/016. Due to Closing of Club Chapter.no need for removal of these members due to retirement
- Appointment of The Coordinator will be done by the members of digital art club.Coordinator has all powers and responsibility of club president. Nothing in this document can prevent a coordinator from becoming president of Digital . if the appointment is made in accordance to provisions mentioned in the Charter of digital art club.
