This is to inform Club president, Secretary , Treasurer and club members that we are creating a committee to manage website for our club.So following resources should be provided by all Clubs
1.Each club should appoint one representative for managing their club’s website affairs.[That representative should take initiative to communicate about their club’s ideas that are to be updated in the website]
2.Each club should provide following data,

- Photos and names of club mentor , Club Guide , Club officials
- club member name list
- logo and motto of the club
- Articles explaining about their club info,club events,club charter,agenda,report etc..
- Any extra data that should be displayed on the website
All Images should be in Png format and All Article and Name list should be in word file . every file should be named with their club title
[eg : Digital_art_club_mentor.png]. Files should be properly organised.
All files should be compiled and submitted as a single zip file.
3.For queries contact the Website committee of Digital Art Club. Volunteers are also welcomed for designing the website.
