Report – Membership Selection
A Total of Thirty Five members have applied for Digital Art Club’s Membership. Since the maximum intake of our club is 20. We were asked to conduct a screening process. In this process each member was asked to submit their digital art works to show their skills in period of 24 hours. Learning Members were asked to Submit one of their manual art work with a Logo design for digital art Club in period of 48 hours . Both Submission were extended for period 12 hours.
We have received only 22 entries form the Applicants and No submission were made after the deadline and No Request for the Extension of Submission time were asked.11 members submitted their digital works and 11 members submitted their manual works.
Since the priority is given for digital works all eleven members (with digital works) has been selected for the Club. 9 members from manual submission were selected as Learning members and 2 members were not selected.
